一.Product description

This series of oil-water separator is a kind of fuel filter, the main function is to remove the water in the fuel, so as to reduce the failure of the fuel injection nozzle and prolong the service life of the engine. The principle is a separator that uses the principle of gravity sedimentation to remove impurities and moisture based on the density difference between water and fuel.

3. Assembly water separation efficiency ≥ 93%;

4. Working environment -40°C~+120°C

5. Vibration fatigue resistance: oil temperature 60°C, assembly pump oil, pressure after pump 350KPa, vibration frequency 67Hz, vibration acceleration 93.8g/s², up and down vibration for 100h. After the vibration, the product has no oil leakage, the parts are not damaged, and the oil pump runs normally

6. Control unit: working voltage 12V, allowable current 6A, control time 180±5s

7. Life of electric oil pump: accumulative working time ≥500 hours
